John, I wish you’d quit doing this ;-)
Fernandez suggested that a simple test of eligibility should suffice. If a person goes to the trouble of going to the polls that ought to be enough proof that his voice should be heard and his vote counted, he argued. Requiring anything more has racist overtones.
Great job as usual.
I think that some of those are actually holding elected Office.
If a person goes to the trouble of going to the polls that ought to be enough proof that his voice should be heard and his vote counted, he argued. Requiring anything more has racist overtones..............................
At this point I can only laugh at stupidity!
Yes, and many more are fictitious people, non-citizens, multiple voters, convicted felons, and dead.
Dat's becuz day is not ceetizens Señor Fernandez.

Requiring anything less than proof of citizenship and a right to vote has racist overtones!
Klan with a tan strikes again.
So, if that person decides to go to, say, a dozen polling places, should his voice be heard in each and every one of them?
Yep... the Dems won’t be able to prop those corpses up to vote this year in Florida.
No kidding. If Dems only got one vote per person they would have lost the last couple of elections in landslides.
IF they are legal, how do they go about setting up employment papers and paying taxes if they have no ID?
Makes no sense to me.
Not me. I fell for it, hook, line and sinker.
Tsk. Tsk.
Doggone you! I’m still laughing at myself while trying to calm back down.
Are people able to receive Medicare or any sort of welfare without proof of ID?
You’re so insensitive to the plight of the oppressed. It’s insulting to be asked to show ID. If I tell some clerk I’m eligable for medicare, welfare and voting I should be believed. After all, I took the time and effort to show up and it wasn’t easy showing up. Let me tell you what happened. I was stopped by a cop for running a red light on the way to vote and he had the nerve to ask for my license and proof of insurance. I told him I had some of that stuff at home and he basically called me a liar by writing me a ticket to produce same or show up in court. All this hassle from the authorities trying to stop me from voting. I’ve been disenfranchised I tell you and I’m not gonna take it anymore. This is America, not Cuba. /s
While this article is satire this exact same premise has been the material for many legitimate articles.
That's not true. If vote fraud were eliminated, Democrats would have to run considerably to the right of where they are today, but they would position themselves to win about 50% of their races.
The politicians who would lose the most from the elimination of voter fraud are the left-leaning Republicans. Republican voters tolerate such politicians when the only alternative is a further-left Democrat. If the elimination of vote fraud would allow more conservative Republicans to win, voters would no longer tolerate the left-leaning ones.
IMHO, that's the real reason the GOP often doesn't seem interested in fighting vote fraud. Too many members rely upon it for their continued political existence.
