Obama Misstatement; Utters Words "My Muslim faith" in ABC News Interview - Video 9/7/08

In an interview today with ABC News' George Stephanopholous, Barack Obama was trying to hammer those who have passed the rumor that he is a "Muslim" when he uttered the phrase, "My Muslim faith." George immediately stepped in to help him out by saying "Christian faith." . . . . (see video at link)

I watched the video and all it did was convince me that obama is a complete moron without a teleprompter or a script to read.

The 57 states gaffe was one thing, but the way he rattled that off today was just too smooth, and the way that Steffie almost coughed up his skull to correct him was telling.

The 57 states gaffe was a logical verbal slip. Insert the word "forty" at the end of the long pause before "seven" and his statement would be correct and reasonable. Something like "I've visited fifty... forty-seven states--all but one, not counting Alaska and Hawaii".

I would love to test Obama’s reaction to a puppy.

He'd probably just eat it. Old habits die hard (as his recent "muslim faith" gaffe proves). Yes, The One is a dog-eater. Google it.

Does this somehow mitigate against "his muslim faith"?

No moreso than does the "9-11 eve" boozing and whoring by the hijackers suggest that they weren't "slaves of allah."
