Confronting a Vicious Slander Against Gov. Sarah Palin

Yesterday, I became aware of a vicious slander against Republican VP choice, Sarah Palin ,and asked my fellow Freepers for help.

Many said we should just ignore the whole thing,but I believe evil of this sort should be confronted head-on.

Unfortunately, what are we to expect from mentally disturbed people? I can say unequivocally that not ALL woman are huge when they are pregnant. My sister was 7 months pregnant with her first child and could not find maternity clothes to fit. They were too BIG! You could not tell that she was pregnant. Family members say my mother was the same way. (Being the last of six kids — good Irish Catholics — I was never privy to seeing Mom preggers!)

It looks like the Obama campers look at Desperate Housewives for plots they can wrap around the media. Wonder if any of them read anything but the supermarket smut works or watch anything but violence and sex and other trash on TV?

This whole ridiculous lie about Palin not being the mother of her youngest son is a repeat of a Desperate Housewife story plot from last year, someone said.

I wouldn’t know. Have not seen a Housewife episode yet. Don’t plan on it either.

There were several of us PolarTRECers waiting in the Fairbanks, AK airport to catch our planes home. We were chatting about all we had learned when Kristen Timm, ARCUS administrator said “ Look, there is the Hottest Governor in the United States” as she has been publicly deemed by media and fans.

Of course I had to check out the “Hottest Governor in the US” and quickly turned to see her pregnant (she has since had her baby) with bags and daughter in tote. Then it struck me as odd. Why is the Governor of Alaska in the airport and preparing to get onto my commercial flight?

I questioned PolarTRECer Craig Kasemodel an Alaskan resident. He let me know that Governor Palin sold the corporate jet after securing her official Governor position.

Governor Pallin said she would sell the jet because it was impractical and that the Alaska state inventory would be relieved of this dept. The jet was sold on EBay to Larry Reynolds for 2.1 million dollars.

Not only is Governor Palin “Hot”, but she is also very kind.

I approached the Governor and told her a little bit about PolarTREC and why I was in Alaska. She told me that she knew of the program and then introduced me to her adorable daughter Piper. We chatted about Florida and Barrow, Alaska and flying commercial. She said she really enjoys and prefers flying with people who either live in or are visiting Alaska. She even flies coach! She was kind enough to take several photos with me.

After my blood pressure returned to normal I figured out that this is really a good thing. A whole lot of Democrat women are finding out what their party is really all about.

It's sort of pathetic, really, this and Alan Colmes stating that Palin practiced poor prenatal care that caused Down's syndrome (yes, he really did say that about a genetic disorder) and implying broadly that his birthdate meant that Track was conceived out of wedlock. Jaw-dropping stuff.

But you can see where it comes from - the Left has this grotesquely distorted view of conservatives and think that we're going to run screaming for the exits the first time some liberal jackass says that Sarah isn't perfect. Hypocrisy, in their view, is always a safe accusation because it's a sin that applies only to their political opponents, never themselves. The reason it isn't going to work is simply this: he isn't supposed to care about this stuff, we really don't care, and so why is it being brought up at all?
