Nobody's going to care about a four decades old charge of plagiarism from law school. Especially from that venue, lawyers crib everything from law books as a part of their "practice". Besides, Barry's plagiarized his old buddy Deval more times than anyone can count.

I, for one, am willing to wait for the PJ’s news to break in due season. Whatever it is, we don’t want it to hit the news too early. The RATS will go to any lengths to replace their Veep candidate with another more favorable candidate, even if it’s well past the legal deadline (IS there a legal deadline for this?). Remember a few years ago with the New Jersey Senate race. I can’t remember who replaced whom, but it was definitely past the legal deadline to replace their candidate. They weaseled their way through it, anyway.
