Ignoring the mis-spellings and the mixed metaphor (a ref blowing a whistle during a prize fight?), this is literally (as in actually) a call for violence against a U.S. Senator and Presidential candidate.

This moron isn't asking for Obama to figuratively pummel McCain, he's asking for Obama to literally do so -- as far as I'm concerned, this is a public call to incite violence against an elected official.

Unless things have changed, current polling methods do not take into account people who only have cell phones. They are left out of the equation. I wonder how that impacts the polls. Are cell only people likely voters? Would they lean to Obama or to McCain. Would they be enough to sway the election in an unanticipated way?

OK, I’ll ask - what is a TV biology class?

A biology class in an auditorium where the lessons are taught via closed circuit TV.

As of this morning, the word “poll” didn’t exist on the DUmmie Greatest page whereas just a few weeks ago, “poll” was in almost every thread title.

What happened is that both Jack LaMotta and I were taking makeup tests in TV biology class. We were both sitting at the back of the auditorium. LaMotta kept whispering and asking me for answers and I didn't want to get into trouble so I pretended not to hear him. However, his whispering grew louder and louder. Then he asked me for the scientific name for fish eggs so I whispered "caviar."

At that EXACT moment, Mr. Farmer, at down at the head of the auditorium stopped what he was doing and pointed at both of us:

"You two! Come down here with your tests!"

We took the long walk down and Mr. Farmer marked both tests with a big ZERO. Then he sent us to the Dean's office where Dean Duncan stepped on both of my feet and asked me if anything was bothering me.

why John McCain has caught Barack Obama in the national polls. 1) McCain has changed the whole conversation about this election into one question - do you want to vote for or against Obama? This is genius.

You can thank the national media for this. Since about February, they have ONLY covered Obamassiah--and Hillary--and since June, only Obamassiah. The media have completely IGNORED McCain, as though he doesn't exist. So THEY, the fawning media, have made this election all about Obama.
