The brownshirt punks have been swarming just about every anti-Obama blog with spam, hacks, and threats.

Time to put these pansy-asses in their place.

What makes anyone think he will obey the law any more than the hordes of illegals he cherishes.

What is it with the mainstream media and birth certificates? First, it was Obama’s, and then it was John Edwards’ love child’s?

Even the Brits are stunned by the American MSM complicity in its coverup and support for Edwards and by inference, the support of the Democrats and the “messiah,” Obama -

Now we see how easy it is to lose our great country. These people have control of our media, entertainment, education and now our internet to a certain extent.

The people better get off their butts and vote or we will get what others (with different views than ours) give us. This is the only way we can have what is best for this great country. Vote them down.

Its bad when the likes of Obummer, who has nothing to offer, I mean absolutely nothing (well, give him credit, he was a block captain, or something, back home), could become the President of the United States simply because he is their chosen one. They are doing a perfect job of suppressing FREE SPEECH.

Any readers who hold shares of Google should consider a shareholder's motion on this subject for the next annual meeting. Because this means the text of the motion will have to be sent to all shareholders, the threat of such a motion tends to get the attention of top management.

Experts have nailed Obama’s forged birth certificate and even figured out whose BC they used to make it (a computer forensics expert uncovered the original text). It was made from someone’s birth certificate that we will know when it is made public. What are the chances the MSM will pick this up unless we file a class action lawsuit?

All indications are that this goes far beyond the level of the accidental

Sure, sure, when Dems do this type of crap, which they do - the person being harassed, threatened, and intimidated is just supposed to think its a random "6 degrees of separation" type "thingee" goin on. snort.

Based on the back and forth on this issue, it seems the only way to smoke out whether or not the candidates (because the “natural-born” question applies to John McCain too) is a lawsuit.

Initially, it looked like the matter might have to wait until after the election. But on consideration, it could probably go forward as soon as there are “official” nominees for President. At that point, the party (in this case the Democrats because their convention is first) will be putting forward the candidate as qualified to be president and a lawsuit can be lodged to decide the issue. Of course, it would have to be “fast-tracked” and a historic injunction sought against holding the election until the matter was decided.

The argument for the injunction is obvious: if the election is held and the Supreme Court subsequently finds Barach Obama AND John McCain ineligible to become president, the office must go to the remaining candidate for President who is eligible to take office and who has the most votes.

Using the 2004 Presidential election as an example, that would be Ralph Nader (assuming he is eligible to serve). Here are the statistics. (Read party/candidate/votes/percentage/electoral votes):

Republican/Bush/62,040,606/51%/286
Democrat/Kerry/59,028,109/48%/252
Independent/Nader/411,304/1%/0

(link:http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/pages/results/president/)

While the harm with going ahead with the election is technically not irreparable (due to the time between the election and the inauguration), the political, economic, and social upheaval resulting from the overturning of the election results after the fact undoubtedly would be severe and worth avoiding if possible.

(IMO, since the candidates are paired President and Vice President and presidential secession can only apply after installation in office, the most the Vice Presidential candidate could hope for (assuming the severability of the two elections) is to be elected Vice President to whoever the legitimate winner of the Presidential office is. Now that would be an interesting partnership. Of course, there is always the “independence” of the electors of the Electoral College to fall back upon. So maybe the VP of the winning ticket would become President after all.)

Traffic increased by 250 hits because of petition? I don't know.. thats about 50 page views? This is like.. a legend in his won mind territory.

This question is starting to stink like a rotten melon, and folks are really trying to get to the bottom of it.

Yet, some of the the folks underneath of it also were deep in the "whitey" tape fraud so be careful of getting too excited. (Such as NoQuarter and Larry Johnson - former CIA - who was hip deep in Plamegate affair.)

Know your bedfellows.

***Not very high, but we’re all doing our part. I myself have been keeping the folks at Intrade apprised. The thread has the highest number of reads compared to anything current. Obama’s price does not appear to be affected, but having the information there for them makes it more likely that a cascade breakdown would occur.

***Nope. The best way this gets picked up is with some new-name journalist looking to build a reputation.
