I have said many times that Barack Obama probably has a Birth Certificate in Hawaii, but that he’s hiding something. I have also said that I have doubts about whether Polarik and Techdude are correct in concluding that the Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) published on Obama’s official campaign website is a fake, even though they have both adamantly stuck to their guns.
I STILL don’t know whether the COLB on Obama’s website is a true reflection of his current Birth Certificate, but I now believe I know exactly what he’s trying to hide, thanks to Judah Benjamin’s research. And once you read his new article below, you will see that it’s not hard to believe that the COLB is indeed fake, or a misrepresentation of his current record.
In summary, this article contends that: Barack Obama was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, his Indonesian step-father, and as a result of that adoption, his original Birth Certificate was modified to reflect his new name and the name of his new father. Obama may actually have at least TWO different Birth Certificates from Hawaii. Further, Judah Benjamin asserts that “Barry Soetoro” acquired Indonesian citizenship as a result of that adoption AND that he (Soetoro/Obama) may STILL hold Indonesian citizenship today.
Regardless of whether Obama holds Indonesian citizenship today, and regardless of whether the legal arguments set forth by Judah Benjamin in his previous 2-part story would be upheld by the Supreme Court — Regardless, if Sen. Obama has withheld from the public information related to his identity, or misled the public about his background in any way — he should step aside as a candidate

Just heard on H&C that Hussein does not gives his kids Christmas presents or birthday presents. I wonder how that plays into things religion wise.
1. U.S. Citizen by mother
2. Indonesian Citizen by adoption
3. Kenyan Citizen ? by father (although I believe Kenya does not allow dual citizenship.....so what's the verdict?)

Is there law that prevents somebody with dual citizenship to become a president? I know that the US allows people to hold more than one citizenship. Some other countries, including Indonesia, do not allow that.

Kenya was not a nation when Obama Sr. traveled the world inseminating gullible underage women; it was a British Colony. Kenya gained independence after Obama Jr. was born and it's constitution explicitly excludes citizenship from the issue of traveling Kenyan inseminators. But its possible Obama could lay claim to a British Colonial Passport through arcane Crown rules and regulations.
Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship, if he acquired Indonesian citizenship he would have had to renounce his US citizenship, he clearly did not do so or he would not have a US passport today. Indonesian citizenship laws are very tight, until recently the children of Indonesian women and foreign men were not even allowed Indonesian citizenship (that law was changed last year) I very much doubt that an American born boy “adopted” by an Indonesian father would have been granted Indonesian citizenship.
Time to let this one drop, chasing shadows is not going to defeat Obama at the polls.

However....he none-the-less feels a connectedness to Kenya, which I’m sure adds to his “Citizen of the World” identity. (The psychology behind the Global Dictator wannabe)
I doubt the dual-citizenship thing would engender any media coverage, since they’ve gone out of their way not to cover the eligibility of Obama.
I tried to look up this case and was stymied by the number of United States v. Rhodes cases. Anyone know which case the author refers too? Perhaps someone could provide a link.
I want the truth and nothing but the truth from the day he was born until win or lose in November. Obviously if he is not a US citizen he cannot run for pres.

Let me tell you this. If Obama is elected president THEN and only then will this information come out, unless our inept FBI already knows this. aND THEN IT WILL BE TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
He and the democrats will have this fraud wrapped up so tight in federal court mumbo jumbo that it will be years before there is any ruling on it.
In other words,
1.THE OBAMA CAMP KNOWS THAT THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE REAL OR OTHERWISE I HIDING THE TRUTH
2.THEY KNOW THAT OBAMA MAY VERY WELL NOT MEET THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO HOLD OFFICE
3. THEY KNOW TOO, THAT IF THIS INFO IS OUT BEFORE THE CONVENTION HILLARY WILL DEMAND THAT HE DROP OUT.
4. THE HILLARY CAMP KNOWS ALL THIS, BUT DO NOT WANT TO SPRING THIS ON OBAMA, THEY WANT MCCAIN TO DO IT.
5. THE MCCAIN CAMP KNOWS THIS TOO.
The first birth certificate could not have Soetoro as the father, but a later one could, unless he never had a Hawaii birth certificate until later in life when he wanted to use his father's name.
In other words, Obama may very well NOT have been born in Hawaii as we all suspect and that he fully well knows...and that his grandmother, who is sequestered knows.
HOW MUCH LONGER IS OBAMA AND HIS CAMP OF THIEVES AND SCOUNDRELS GOING TO COVER THIS RUSE?
How is this game played? Must there be a challenge in the courts with regard to someone's running for the president? Can't a regular citizen file a complaint or raise the issue in a federal court?
THIS IS TRULY THE STORY THAT WILL NOT GO AWAY....
