While some might be undecided on who to vote for this coming Election Day, for others it’s a no-brainer. Although the news media would like us to believe otherwise, there is still an enormous political gap between the Left and the Right.

Can we not call McCain conservative, or politically “right”, please?

It offends the sensibilities of people who actually are.

I'm undecided on which left-wing Democrat to vote for.

Take care to check the "mccainlist", "mccaintruthfile", and "mccain" keyword search links for related threads, since we can not possibly ping you to every relevant article that is posted. To flag a relevant thread, please add the keywords "mccainlist" and "mccaintruthfile".

Republican Commissar’s Warning: By joining this ping list, you may be subjected to the irrational rants and ramblings of McCainiacs, of "moderate" Republicans, of deeply confused conservatives resigned to voting for the lesser of two Democrats, and of countless trolls who simply want to meet a new overlord.

there is still an enormous political gap between the Left and the Right.

And an enormous gap between pseudo-right McCain and actual conservatives.

To me there is no choice. If you don’t want a socialist/Marxist political front man with no experience
and no qualifications who will really screw this country up,
you must support McCain. I don’t like him and some of the things he has stood for but given the options there is no other choice.

Well there is one other choice: Sit home and let Obama win and then joint the ensuing civil war.

A no vote for McCain is a yes vote for Obama!! And yes I am highly conservative! But if you don't vote for McCain you are giving the election to Obama and the Democratic Party! After the election you have no right to Boo Hoo and complain about the winner if you didn't vote!

Yeah, but there no way I would vote for Hussein either...

Having to decide between two socialist/Marxist is not a choice.

No. In no way does not voting for McCain increase Hussein's vote count.

And yes I am highly conservative!

No you're not. Conservatives don't violate their principles.

McCain has been blessed with the wisdom of that comes with age and experience.

Imagine the size of the gap between B. Hussain Obama and McCain.

I wish we had a true conservative to vote for, but reality is we don’t. The choice we have before us is thus: stay home and not vote for McCain, which very well could B. Hussain Obama elected, and increase the pace towards of socialism. Or we can vote for McCain in November, and deal with the fact that on many issues he is wrong, but we have far more many things in common with him than with B. Hussain Obama.

I think people are far to invested in the POTUS election, and we should focus on getting congress back. And not just with Rs, but with Conservatives. Small government, tax cutting, strong on national defense, close the borders and fight illegal immigration conservatives.

Should Obama get elected (and I think that’s a greater chance than not), having a strong congress to counter act his socialist agenda will be a necessity. Come to think of it, such a congress is a necessity at all times. When a president and congress are at odds, they cancel each other out and maybe that’s the best scenario of all.

Respectfully,
JP

No. In no way does not voting for McCain increase Hussein's vote count.

As an accountant I'll do the math for you. If Obama wins the election by say some 100,000 votes and 130,000 people feel the same way you do and stay at home what does that mean? You just gave Obama the White House!

In answer to my being conservative... In order not to see the country I love go down the tube and be given to Muslims then yes this conservative is willing to put some differences aside and vote for someone who will be willing to protect us and not sell us down river.

Your user name is Texasgunlover... If I were you I'd be very careful on letting Obama win because if he does you may not be able to love your guns any more as that right may be taken away.

So, as an accountant, you would say that the only reason your bank account was overdrawn was because people who told you for years they'd never give you money actually didn't give you money?

Makes sense to me! /s

I'm not sure what field it is you work in, however logically speaking there is a huge difference between money in my bank account and counting of votes and choices we make in life.

I wonder if you are not an Obama supporter in disguise...

Perhaps you are one of those drinkers that you have tagged by your name.

Well, since we're talking elementary stuff, the field I work in is pretty irrelevant.

You shouldn't count revenue you don't have any more than you should count votes that never belonged to McCain.

I wonder if you are not an Obama supporter in disguise... Perhaps you are one of those drinkers that you have tagged by your name.

Oh, goody. Personal insults from newbie-shill McCainiacs. Nothing new there!

Glad you don't do my books, because I can assure you, if I don't for McCain, I can assure you it won't increment Hussein's count.

In order not to see the country I love go...

What you're saying is you'll violate your principles for what you think is the lesser of two evils. Hussein gives rise to conservatism, and McCain lets it die quietly. You're fooling yourself if you think McCain won't harm the nation as much as Hussein. Just look at his voting record.

No thank you, I won't vote for a liberal for a short term solution. Carter gave rise to Reagan and Hussein will give rise to a true conservative as well.
