I have previously requested a copy of Barack Obama's birth certificate. Janice Okubo, Public Information Office of the Communications office of the State of Hawaii, responding on July 3, has chosen to refuse to provide a copy of the birth certificate. This blog consists of three parts. First, I quote Ms. Okubo's letter, dated July 3, 2008, verbatim. Her letter responds to my inquiry under the Freedom of Information Act. Although Ms. Okubo points out that the Freedom of Information applies to the federal government and not the states, most states, including Hawaii, have similar statutes. With respect to birth certificates, though, there is a separate section of the Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) that Ms. Okubo cites, HRS § 338-18. The link that Ms. Okubo provides in her hard copy snail mail letter respecting § 338-18 was dead when I tried to use it, but I obtained a copy of HRS § 338-18 from the Lexis-Nexis data base available from New York University's Bobst library. In addition, I obtained information on Hawaii's Uniform Information Practices Act from the State of Hawaii Website. In the second part of this blog, I respond to Ms. Okubo by drafting two letters, one a response to Chiyome Fukino, Director of Health, Ms. Okubo's superior, with a copy to Ms. Okubo and Governor Linda Lingle (R-HI), and also a letter to Barack Obama requesting that he send me a letter authorizing me to represent him in obtaining a copy of his birth certificate in the interest of avoiding accusations of political gamesmanship and manipulation. In the third section I copy the relevant sections from § 338-18 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes for your reference. I also quote from the State of Hawaii Website about its "Uniform Information Law" booklet.

Unfortunately, being born twice in two separate localities will only encourage greater worship by increasing his “godly” status amongst his simple-minded idolators.
Obama is toast. He is just buying time to figure a “gracious” way to back out, like an unexpected moderately severe car accident or health issue.

Has certificate been phony and Obama not natural citizen, the “clinching” of the nomination would have been meaningless, since he would have been disqualified, regardless of when information became public. Got it?
In March, 2007, the Chicago Tribune interviewed Susan Blake of Mercer Island, Washington, concerning a visit by Stanley Ann Dunham who was carrying three-week old baby Barry. (Susan and Stanley Ann had been best friends before the Dunhams moved to Hawaii.)

It seems airlines would not allow infants to travel on long distance flights. Poo filled diapers doing somersaults during turbulent conditions, not to mention squalling baby cries, were a factor in those days.
So, where was the Senator actually born? My bet is a home for unwed mothers in perhaps British Columbia, Canada.
And that is what I believe he is hiding. His maternal grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, is kept incommunicado ( forced or voluntary: I wonder!). Too bad, as she could answer these questions.

What was his mother doing on Mercer Island when he was three weeks old? She didn’t even know how to change his diaper. There were no direct flights between Hawaii and Seattle in 1961, and airlines wouldn’t allow small infants on airplanes then because of noise and sanitation factors.
People don’t care about that at all. The circumstances of your birth isn’t as important as what you do with your life. That would be a terrific campaign message, but he isn’t going to use it.
There is something more, something that could delegitimize his candidacy, that he wants desperately to hide.

Correct. Barack H. Obama II may be a citizen BUT he wasn’t born in the USA nor in one of its territories. That would make him ineligible for the Presidency.

She hated the U.S. She was a Communist sympathiser as a teenager in high school while living on Mercer Island. She had nothing to do with what happened in Indonesia. That was Indonesians killing one another. People around the world slaughter each other regularly, and have for many centuries, all without the CIA’s help.

He’s never released a specific list of law clients, instead giving a list of all of his firm’s clients, numbering several hundred each year. His campaign will only confirm representation when the media comes to them with a specific case.
He won’t release his application to the state bar. He’s never released any legal or billing records to verify that he only did a few hours of work for a nonprofit tied to Tony Rezko.
He’s never released any medical records, just a one-page letter from his doctor.
This guy, with political ambitions his entire adult life, has either buried his paper trail or never left one.
As a lawyer, would you be really suspicious of an individual who goes to such great lengths to hide his past? I’m not a lawyer, but I’m very suspicious of this man.
I believe he must hide his past in order to be elected, and therefore cannot be trusted, period.
People change and grow. The CIA depends on such people ~ they're called ADULTS. Their recruits frequently work abroad under cover ~ often as USIA employees or as USAID workers. You might take a look at what those agencies do.
Now, concerning events in Indonesia, the blood letting was over by the time she went there - significantly she managed to to in Yogyakarta for a while ~ something I've heard is incredibly difficult for any non-native born person to get away with.
I suspect she "visited" Yogyakarta rather than having residence there. This is most likely an error that's been entered into her biographical material by her son or daughter, neither one of whom bothered to check the place out.
So, anyway, what's your beef? You have a problem here with Stanley Ann growing up and maybe actually doing something for somebody (in secret)?

The Clinton people may have discovered some truth about Obama, just too late.
Knowing full well that Obama had already clinched the nomination, and something as outrageous as his close connection with racist and hate monger, Rev. Wright, didn't shake Obama supports, the Clintons are waiting for the big bad Republicans to expose Obama.
Obama loses, Republicans look like the bad guys, and Hillary comes out smelling like roses ready to run in four years. Not too far fetched is it?

The problem here, no one has ever answered the “who says so” question.
Who says it's fake?
That's the first question a good reporter asks.
To the best of my knowledge, no named person with excellent credentials has ever seen his real/supposed birth record certificate.
There are all these unnamed experts, but no certified experts, often called a “forensic document examiner” or a “questioned document examiner,” who has the credentials to be admitted to some real (not just a $20 membership certificate) document examining organization and who has been sworn as an expert witness in this field by a court (a reasonable set of qualifications) who has ever examined the original and pronounced it a forgery.
When AND IF that happens, we'll talk seriously about this.
