Is there any doubt as to whether Obama’s mother was an American citizen? No. Therefore, Obama is an American citizen. End of story.

And I noticed that the alignment of the intersections of the bottom corner borders of the version on KOS’s webiste and the version on Obama’s website was different. Meaning this thing is being printed up from different printers, OR, someone ‘corrected’ it after spotting the error. In theory, they were jpgs of the same document. LOL

No, this is the way they do it now. That part is legit. But Obama’s version just happens to be a fraudulent version of the modern computer printed document.

Big mistake a lot of folks are making. These are Certification of Birth, not original Birth Certificates. They could have been printed yesterday by a registrar's office.

Look, I'm not one to stand and defend Obama or his minions - but before we get too excited, note a few things:

The comparison presented is from someone born 30 years earlier, and before statehood - I know my Virginia birth certificate looks different than my mother's, so would I expect some revisions over the years. Let's look at one from a similar timeframe before we get too hot and bothered.

Likewise, with the folding - the last new copy of my birth certificate I ordered, it came in a large manilla envelope, and has still not been creased with a fold to this day. And yet, *gasp* it's REAL.

We're really reaching, here. If it's fake, let's prove it - but let's not breathlessly report things that are probably inconsequential.

2. Certificate numbers are never blacked out.

If the certificate is a fraud and the certificate number was not blacked out, it would seem to be easy to check the certificate number against the name. Therefore, the only reason for it to be blacked out is to avoid checking for fraud.

They also both say Rev 11/01 which should indicate that they Certification's details would be the same as they are from the same registration batch (ie, something happened in 11/01 (updates to the privacy act jumps to mind for me) that made them change something on the certificate, be it paper, watermarks, included information, etc). Different information included, along with different paper should indicate a different revision.

Just to be sure, I would like to see three or four others so we know where the flaw is.

I also wouldn't use the blacked out number as proof. Obama’s office may have done this simply for privacy reasons.

Under Father's Race, it states “African”. Africa is a continent, not a race. I would think that if the formal names of Caucasian and Negro were not used in 1961, then White and Black would have been used. I'm curious to see an unaltered birth certificate from that era for a black child.
