I hate to have to say this, but if prayers for God to damn America didn't drive Americans away from Obama in droves, nothing will.

What would it take to outrage and alarm Americans if cries for the damnation of America do not?

Would calls for violence against Americans cause alarm? Would they meet with any more disapproval than calls for God to damn America? Would calls for the violent overthrow of the U.S. government cause outrage? Calls for the abolition of the Constitution and Bill of Rights?
