On February 22, 2008, Ben Smith of Politico reported a story that ran under the headline, “Obama once visited ‘60s radicals.” It concerned how, “In 1995, [Illinois] State Senator Alice Palmer introduced her chosen successor, Barack Obama, to few of the district’s influencial liberal at the home of two will known figures on the local left: William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn.” Dr. Quentin Young, described as “a prominent Chicago physician and advocate for single-payers health care,” [1] was quoted as saying “I can remember being one of small group of people who came to Bill Ayers’ house to learn that Alice Palmer was stepping down from the senate and running for Congress.” [2]
All of these figures – Palmer, Ayers, Dohrn and Young – are much more than the Politico described. The evidence assembled in this report suggest that these individuals – and many more – are part of a network of people with socialist and/or communist connections who have been a key part of Obama’s life and career...

I despise McCain, if I could I’d show you all the derogatory posts I’ve made about him over the years and I’m damned sure going to vote for him.
Obama would be a nightmare, God help us.
Other than being more fodder for the knee jerkers here, this has and will go absolutely nowhere. There is just no hard evidence other than he-said she-said we-said.
The public will not give it a minute of credibility or notice.
Much like the “absolute certainty” that the Rev. Wright thing would take him out, or the “Michelle Obama hates her country” demagoguery.
Obama will walk into the White House, and we need to grow up and accept the reality that America has changed. Our biggest and most important focus needs to be on turning it around starting in 2010 from the grass roots on up to the Legislature.
If Obama wins, (And probably will.) we can and will beat them at their own game. All this doom and gloom that the country will die forever, we’ll all die, all your dogs will die, etc...will simply make it happen. Get a pair and stand tall for a change, we have only begun to fight. The CONSERVATIVE WAY!
I think they are what we once called "Communist agitators".
Vladimir Putin is said to like Barack Obama.
