Check out the debate at the link. I think Wayne hit it out of the ballpark and I hate to say it, but Mike made me actually cheer a few times as well. I think Mike is acting and trying to fit in with the Libertarians though, because during his debates with the Democrats last year, he was much more Liberal.
Libertarian ping!
*Socialists* in the Libertarian Party? What is the world coming to?
Comcast recently kicked the Fox Business Channel off of their Digital Starter package. I gotta buy more cable if I want FBC.
Go Ross Perot, Bobby Barr!
How did Gavel even get to debate? They just let anyone trapse in?
Judging from the debate alone, I’d rather see these two candidates instead of McCain at the forefront.
This Libertarian Party candidate for President is a homeschool dad:
I know nothing about him. I never heard of him until I came across this thread tonight. I don't agree with everything on his "Issues" webpage, but I thought it was interesting that a homeschool father is running to be the LP candidate for President.

MANY homeschooling families I know that unschool also vote liberarian.
I think they have a problem with rules on a general basis, but whatever floats your boat.
I can stomach them having Barr, but gravel....geez, I think they just wanted some entertainment. Maybe it was to give WAR some competition.
I peaked at your profile page. Just wanted to say THANK YOU for your service to our country, and congratulations on the new addition. :-)
How quickly I forgot that many homeschoolers I knew were supporting Ron Paul. I only know one real unschooler very well, and she’s a McCain supporter... but I’ll bet she didn’t read his statement on education. I can’t wait to tell her.
That’s exactly what Gravel is doing - acting. Here’s a vote for Root.
I’d trust a homeschooled President with the education system before I’d trust an Ivy-leaguer.
Isn’t he the guy that runs a sports-betting service in Las Vegas? I hear commercials for it all the time on the local sports radio stations. “World’s greatest handicapper! Call for tonight’s thousand-star lead-pipe lock FREE on a recorded message, or the next month’s picks are FREE!”

Oh, no. I think you’re right. I just did a search and found more info. He cowrote a book on gambling, and then there’s this little video:

Cheesy!
