That doesn't appear to be a Kaffiyeh, the pattern is very different. The only resemblance is that it is black and white. A real Kaffiyeh's pattern is like this:

As you can see, Ray's scarf has more rounded and paisley patterns, not found in a Kaffiyeah.

It’s a scarf. She got it at Macy’s (or another department store). I have one just like it in brown.

Person B says that no woman shall wear any garment that bears even a passing resemblance to garment X, because Person A is telling women what to wear.
