I don't share PJ's optimism. I wish I could, but I think that Obama can win this. McCain is Gerry Ford, just not as interesting. Obama is Jimmy Carter, with better public speaking skills.

On top of this, we have the misguided assumption of racism behind every protest. Yes, we're screwed.
