Based on this logic, then Mexico’s lack of freedom and infrastructure is a violation of Mexicans’ human rights, and the current government should be removed and a democratic republic modelled on the American Bill of Rights put in place.

Fertility rates of Latin American countries are very low compared to other third world nations, and some are below replacement levels. In the U.S., *CATHOLICS* were once stereotyped with high fertility rates (and indeed, many of the Catholic families I grew up with were quite large), but this was based on a rejection of abortion and birth control pills among married Catholics, and the use of baby formula.
