Sen. Voinovich Unbelievable Embarrassment to Ohio When Questioning Petraeus!

So that no Ohio Freeper would miss it, just wanted you all to try to get a glimpse of Voinovich's questioning of General Petraeus today.

He was every bit as bad as Levin, Kennedy, Feingold...if not worse.

There is no way that I will vote for that man in the future. None. I don't care who he's running against.

Hopefully, we'll put an American up against him in the primaries when his turn comes up next. (2010?)

He sounded like he came straight from a Democratic Underground strategy session.

Said the “American people have had it up to here” with Iraq and waffling.

He kept saying that we need to let everyone in Iraq and in the region know that “we are on our way out.” (If he said that once, he said it a dozen times.)

He was auditioning for MoveOn.org money or for a Dem Party committee chair.

You’d NEVER have realized he ran as a Republican. Not for even one second.

I’m surprised he didn’t do his “crying about the injustice of it all” routine that he did with Bolton.

Honestly, he looked whacked out.

On the other hand, good ole Joe Liebermann did America proud. Treated Gen Petraeus with dignity and respect. Asked information-type questions. Strongly endorsed our troops and our efforts to bring about a real government in Iraq.

voinovich stupidity was cosmic.

somehow he actually believes that if we tell syria and iran we are quitting because we cant take it anymore, they will rush in and fix everything. can he really think this?

he acts like whats really wrong is we arent offering to negotiate with Iran. the guys who are killing our soldiers.

the man is a moron of biblical proportions.

If it weren’t for Voinivich, Bolton would have been our UN Ambassador. He should never be forgiven (politically) for that.

Voinovich is, and always has been, a paper shuffler.

Precisely what he was arguing. It is colossal stupidity. For the life of me, I can't figure out how we get such senators in Ohio. They had to get this guy from the depressive ward at some psych hospital.

Not lying -- he looked and sounded like Henny Penny. "The sky is falling..." He was frantic.
