It's true. I just went to the bath room at my local WalMart and all the fellows were washing their hands and using the Blow Dryers to dry hteir hands. This heats up the air!
I waited outside the restrooms and, sure enough, the women were exiting their room and waving their wet hands! I listened at the door and sure enough, I couldn't hear any blow dryers!
My research is complete. Now would someone bail me outta jail.
