Oh, hi. Raining on and off here, currently mid-60’s and sunny. Boys came home from camp and said it rained all night Saturday and hailed in the morning.

Well, that certainly puts a damper on everything, no pun intended. Hope they had a good time otherwise.

"Boys came home from camp and said it rained all night Saturday and hailed in the morning." Sounds like a "Hello Muddah, Hello Faddah" moment.

No, they’re very tough ... but Tom claims that he has Trench Foot! I told him to put some Gold Bond powder on his feet before he gets his shoes on tomorrow.
They were going to have a 5-mile orienteering hike, but they got misoriented and had to go back to camp. Plus it was raining. So Tom still has that requirement to get his Second Class rank.

Hi, all!
Uneventful trip, in all the good ways. Everything on time, good seatmates (well, second leg NO seatmates), got to hotel about 1 AM as predicted, and then...
At 2:30 AM was still awake. Figured I'd sleep in, then head off to Gettysburg. But at 7:30 AM was wide awake. Since I was awake, figured I had time to make it to our cathedral parish in D.C., knowing it would impact my schedule a little.
Got there in time despite the sometimes blinding downpours (not at all like our gently-persistent Seattle drizzle) and lightning. Decided to stay after for the Bible study, which was interesting -- but by that time I was seriously off schedule. Between the downpours and being tired I bagged it.
There will be more time Friday.

I feel like I AM the zoo! I have some things to do, but I don’t want to do them. Yet. *sigh*
Actually, I didn’t even want to get up. :o|

Hi, quick update.
Wife and I are twenty weeks along.
The baby is extremely healthy by all tests and ultrasounds and there will be a baby boy coming in September.
That is all... :-)
A healthy baby is good news.

I’m glad you made it safely! There is so much to see around there. We saw as much as we could, in the seven months we lived in VA.
Some of it had the feel of untold thoussands of ghosts; parts of it were “OK.” We visited an awful lot of older homes in the area, places that had been abandoned long ago. Even they had “ghosts” you could “feel.” At least, my son and I did. Igor and my daughter didn’t.

We’ve had names for either occasion going.
I don’t want to drop it here though because nothing is final yet.

The main reason for wanting to know the sex though was to shop properly for what was needed.
Plus I think there is and advantage in preparing better for what is coming.
Remove diaper, hand over something to avoid getting sprayed (boy coming). LOL

That’s cool! Some people like to name their baby as soon as they learn the sex. Others like to wait until the baby is born. Since it’s your baby, it’s your choice! LOL!
I’m just glad that all is going well for the three of you!
