So, lemme get this straight ...
You’re preparing to bring those Seattlite Pathogens into the warm mugginess of a Maryland spring.
.
Have you no compassion? No sympathy?
— They won’t last an hour here.

Who did? FR? Or the program youre working on? My online timesheet. One of the joys of a big corporation is the amount of stuff done online. They are at least getting to the point where one password will access everything, but they aren't there yet. I'm down to three or four now...

Youre preparing to bring those Seattlite Pathogens into the warm mugginess of a Maryland spring. I was about to say they wouldn't here, but there's more coming. It's 38F though, so this won't last. One forecast says up to an inch accumulation in the Puget Sound lowlands by morning though...
Packing time...

Packed, all but shirts (LoM will fold when she awakes) and carry-on(s). Boarding passes and receipt printed — almost ready to go.

LOL!
It's real snow now.
I'm dreaming of a White Springtime
Just like the ones I never knew
Where the treetops glisten
And children listen:
Hear "Global Warming" in the snow.
I'm dreaming of a White Springtime,
With every Springtime card I write,
May your days be merry and bright,
And may all your Springtime days be white.

Let it wake up first? Well, there are risks to that, too.

Yah.
It was interesting. I have never seen any of the movies based on Bram Stoker's book "Dracula," but at about age 16 that book filled me with horror like few others, the major exception being H.P. Lovecraft's short story "The Colour out of Space" which gave me recurring nightmares. (I was never into horror, though a good friend was, so I wound up reading a bit more than I would have liked.)
I re-read "Dracula" a few months ago and found its power to chill little diminished, for all that for me some of the most horrific elements changed from when I was 16. I guess that speaks to the author's ability.

I agree about “Dracula.” It’s a very well-done horror story, and doesn’t lose its zing.
I read a Lovecraft story, “The Dunwich Horror,” at an impressionably age, and it was upsetting for a long tim.
