What does the Hunter Campaign say about this?
They won’t be saying much. I’m guessing Hunter will not see any more debate time going forward.
He was blackballed or as I’ve said before given the Tancredo treatment.
I hope he stays in till the end.

CNN has done a MUCH better job in airing Rep. Hunter than has Fox News! I’ve seen him on with Glenn Beck, Lou Dobbs and other programs at different times. Maybe they’re not the biggest evil that we think they are!

They’re still evil...it’s just that they dont think he has a chance and they think they are being fair and balanced by putting any Republican on...but not a front runner...

But whatever, the reason, he is getting some exposure...however not to the conservative base that would gladly vote for him..
here in TN the “coronation” for FRed happened months ago...

The last paragraph on page 1 of the Leadership Florida press release, dated May 30, 2007 states the following:
Letters of invitation were sent out to each of the major candidates and chairs of the Florida and national parties. The key item that is that they have:
at least 10% support among all likely voters who will participate in their respective primaries as determined by Mason-Dixon Polling & Research will be invited to participate in these important debates.
Personally, I have no problem with burning the phone lines if the Hunter campaign thinks it will help in any way. Some may want to do it with or without the campaign's blessing, but as pissant said we don't want to look like Paulestinians.
