Please...no BLT would do any type of justice for this tomato.

I would suggest cutting it horizontally into slices.

Season one piece with a bit of sea salt, some ground black pepper and perhaps a bit of fresh thyme, or basil.

Try another slice with a bit of balsamic vinegar and dried tarragon.

With another slice use a thin slice of ham with a sprinkle of cumin and cayenne.

If there’s still another slice left, add a few slices of cucumber and squeeze a lemon onto it with some dill.

You should save and grow some of the seeds you have with this tomato.
