This was an interesting boondoggle. These odd treaties keep getting split up in such a way that once you are in part of it, for some reason you can't back out. Carter put us in this under the Annex 1 section before he left office. Then, during Bush 1, Annex 2 went to the senate, who put us in the rest of the way because it was a Treaty. Much like LOST is being forced on us too.
Its good to see who the globalists are pushing these agnedas. Hopefully conservatives will wake up.
