DUmmie FUnnies 11-09-07 (Leftwing Lemmings Continue Marching Towards Impeachment Cliff)
DUmmie FUnnies ^ | November 9, 2007 | DUmmies and PJ-Comix

They just can't help themselves. Despite the fact that even many on the Left have acknowledged that Kucinich is Wrecking the Dem 2008 Strategy, they just can't keep themselves from marching like Leftwing Lemmings towards the Impeachment Cliff. The embarrassed House leadership sent the Dennis Kucinich resolution to the House Judiciary Committee rather than have open debate on it on the House floor. At first it was thought that the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, John Conyers, would ease Kookcinich's Dick Cheney impeachment resolution into obscurity but now it appears that might not be the case as you can see in this DUmmie THREAD titled, "KUCINICH: Conyers WILL Hold Hearings Into The Impeachment Of Chenney." Conyers, who once held an unauthorized Judiciary Committee Hearing when the Democrats were in the minority is just too much of a Drama Queen to abide by the desire of Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer to toss the Kookcinich resolution down the Memory Hole, therefore completely embarrassing the Democrat House leadership in the months to come. BEAUTIFUL!!! So let us now watch the DUmmies march in lockstep with the rest of the Lemming Left towards the Impeachment Cliff in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, wondering if this whole wonderful play is being secretly directed by Karl Rove, is in the [brackets]:

KUCINICH: Conyers WILL Hold Hearings Into The Impeachment Of Chenney

[DUmmies.....FORWARD MARCH TOWARDS THE LEMMING CLIFF!!!]

Dennis Kucinich just announced on the Ed Schultz show that John Conyers will hold hearings into the impeachment of Cheney. A full House vote yesterday would never have succeeded and would only have endangered red-state Democratic House members. But hearings could do the trick. I've been saying all along: Follow the Nixon impeachment playbook.

[They think Dick Cheney will resign when the Conyers committee votes to embarrass the House leadership?]

I hope its true, last I heard from Conyers was they were discussing it, and then Wexler came out for it. Maybe Conyers listened to him and us.

[Knowing the volume of Wexler's voice, Conyers had to have been wearing ear plugs to make it bearable to listen to him.]

I doubt Articles of Impeachment will pass unless evidence of wrong doing is put forward and gathering that evidence seems to be not so easy.

[Huh? You mean we need something called "evidence" to impeach?]

This is the fight that we need to have - We have to do this - Come what may

[Democrat embarrassment on a huge scale.]

If the hearings are broadcast on ABC, CBS, NBC and PBS as they should be, like the Nixon hearings (yes I am an Old Fart) then the people will see what is going on. And maybe the TV writers strike happened at the right time!

[Yes, impeachment hearings based on NO evidence makes for better comedy than anything the writers could think up.]

Just one thing, the gloves must come off now. If you try to kill the king, you must succeed. Go for the jugular because you won't get a second chance. Looking at you, Pelosi.

[And Pelosi's frozen stare is looking back.]

Even starting the hearings may make Cheney resign

[Posted Mr. Wishful Thinker.]

And, I hope that these murderers will be pursued by World Criminal Courts for the rest oftheir lives.

[Here we go again, folks. To The Hague!]

Congressman Coyners could have done this any time in the last year but has decided against it. Considering he and all of the rest of the Democrats on the Committee voted to table the resolution it is unlikely that they would then turn around and schedule hearing on the resolution. He needs the consensus of his Democratic Committee members to schedule hearings and there is little chance we would be able to get their support. The resolution is dead - get used to it.

[Conyers is too much of a Drama Queen to pass this one up.]

Start the hearings, hold them every day, all day, and never f*cking stop until we bring it down. Perfect timing with the first veto override for the Neocon Junta.

[The Left just can't pass this one up despite the self-destruction it will cause to the Democrats.]

I was worried about Conyers and the way he was dragging his feet yesterday

[Don't worry. Conyer's also can't pass this one up. It is like putting a plate of juicy sirloin steak in front of a starving man. He will HAVE to dig in despite the protestations of Pelosi and Hoyer.]

Maybe all the Conyers bashers will stand down for a bit now. It was really ugly the other day

[Relax, folks. Conyers is just as kooky as we are. .....The Moonbats are so hungry to impeach Cheney that they have even performed a song called, "Impeach Cheney First" as you can see in the following video. (Henrickson parody to follow?)]

(You can watch the embedded music video of "Impeach Cheney First" on my DUFU BLOG.)

Speaking of music videos, I had an idea. If anybody out there wishes to produce a YouTube video featuring any of Charles Henrickson's or any other Freeper's song parodies, I will feature them in the DUFUs if you post them to YouTube. BTW, Charles might be guest hosting an afternoon DUFU edition today. I invited him to do so but not sure what his schedule is like.

p.s. I am assuming it is okay with Charles for Freepers to do YouTube productions of his songs? These won't be for commercial purposes.

So... yesterday, they were all moaning about how those man Republicans actually made them move forward on impeachment, and today they're starting their leopittolding (new word derived from Leopold and Pitt's infamous "Rove was indicted" fraud) over the prospect of actually impeaching Cheney.

I swear, my 10-month-old boy has a longer attention span than these morons.

You know, it’s fascinating, utterly fascinating, watching the primitives obsess over The Hague; it’s like a cheap shiny sparkly bauble to them.

It’s doubtful the primitives were even aware of The Hague until recently—maybe two, three, years ago—and now they’re obsessed with it.

The Hague is one of those little-noticed arcane features of the world, of interest generally only to those who spend much of their time reading 500+ page history books with copious footnotes.

And of course it’s doubtful the primitives even partially understand the function of The Hague, much less its history.

The Hague and “waterboarding” have been around for a very long time now, and the primitives have just discovered them, thinking them some sort of new and intriguing toy.

You know these moonbats to me are seemingly rare to me in my real life. I know exactly one. Fits the lib stereotype too, came from money, never worked for their money, never worked a job that they had to have to put a roof over their head (Didn’t even need to work.) and went to a Ivy league school and spent 4 years dropping acid, smoking pot and regurgitating tenured professorial spew for grades.

I have yet to come across one of these stark raving mad individuals. Of course, I deal with people that own businesses, work with money and without the free marketplace would never have achieved what they have in life.

It’s really amazing isn’t it? The people that have done something with their lives just don’t turn out like this.

The people that were filled with “self-esteem education” and never really did anything but “feel” in life are these morons. Really pathetic, the whole lot of them.

I look forward to when this issues is dead a buried and the cries reach Biblical porportions. The DNC 2008 Convention is going to be Chicago Redux. Just wait and see.

Break out the popcorn, it’ll be some fascinating watching! Sooner or later, reality catches up with everyone. And that moment is usually a high-energy exothermic reaction.

Don’t forget everybody...The DUFUs is looking for YouTube parody songs produced by Freepers. We have plenty of parody songs posted right here and it would be GREAT if they could be sung, produced, and posted to YouTube. Will definitely feature them in future DUFU editions.

Denver IS going to be Chicago 1968 Redux. I heartily agree! Besides the Moonbat Kucinich backers who will show up, a whole lot of Obama supporters are going to be sadly disappointed that Hillary is going to be the nominee.

I imagine that the Obama supporters are going to feel much like the RFK supporters of 1968. Although I don’t think someone would shoot Obama, he is going to be “taken out” by the Clintonistas, and those Obama supporters are going to be really, really angry. And, as a bonus, Hillary gets cast in the Hubert Humphrey role!
