WOW! What an wild 24 non-business hours it has been! The Leftwing Blogosphere has ERUPTED in a wild firestorm of obsession about even the fact that the DUmmie FUnnies is a finalist in the 2007 Weblog Awards (vote for the DUmmie FUnnies as FUnniest Blog by clicking HERE). For starters, Head DUmmie Skinner has allowed not just ONE but TWO threads obsessing over the DUmmie FUnnies to go up on the DUmmie "Greatest Page." This is an historical first. Previously you could count the deletion in seconds of any thread/post in DUmmieland mentioning the DUmmie FUnnies in any way whatever. In addition, the leftwing anti-religion (except for Muslims) Sadly No! dedicated two threads to the DUFUs overnight. Throughout the leftwing blogosphere was even more obsession with the DUFUs. Finally just to get an idea of their obsession with the DUFUs, take a look at this Weblog Awards Forum THREAD titled, "You have a hate site nominated as 'Funniest'" which currently runs 10 pages long. If you mock the DUmmies via the EVIL method of exposing their own words using Copy & Paste you're labeled a "Hate Site." They are even equating the DUmmie FUnnies with StormFront. I kid you not. So let us now look at the first of the DUmmie threads where the DUmmies are obsessing in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, thanking the Leftwing Loons for all the free publicity, is in the [brackets]:

That idiot over at FR that does the incredibly unfunny DUmmie FUnnies, (notice the capitalization of DU with FU) is up for some kind of funniest blog award. His main challenger is the Sadly Not blog who apparently isn't even campaigning like this idiot at FR is. The FR fool has been constantly spamming everything he can find to win.
[We can't let him win. So let us defeat ourselves another way by giving the DUmmie FUnnies bigtime exposure by obsessing over it like loons!]

Makes me think that the unfunny anti-Christian site was campaigning, spamming, cheating even LAST year.

May not be able to catch the now 1800+ vote lead of SN! but it is early in the polling.
Does anyone have an explanation of just how cheating would be done on this thing? And in this case, it should be large blocks of votes each day.
I can vote using my company laptop (via VPN) and from only one of the desktops I have at home.
Even if i went around to all the office cubicles at lunch time, I’d only get an extra 18 votes. And, i wouldn’t think that as “cheating” (the narrow definition).
At the Weblogs thread, Stephanie is perpetuating the myth that Andy had “terminal pancreatic cancer” and died of it. Not so, according to what was posted, even in DUmmieland, during those months. That assertion was never demonstrated.

Look at what’s happened, they now know there’s a right wing version of “Media Matters” that looks at their posts. Unlike Media Matters though, you put their quotes in direct context through the magic of cut and paste with direct links to the original source to further context if the reader so desires.
The playbook is classic liberalism, they cannot attack the message, they’ll attack the messenger. They’ll find something you did online, in this case Scamdy, and say you were the one bringing up the issues they did “’cause you be rite wing and dat wut rite wing duz”.
The whole thing is right out of the Dukakis Bush election in 1988. Willie Horton. Algore discovered Willie Horton. Algore publicized Willie Horton yet Willie Horton the racist, bigoted attack was somehow blamed on George HW Bush and Lee Atwater, not Algore.
Now in 2007 we see the same thing. The DU’ers called Andy on the potential of his scam, you picked up on it, after the whole Bev Harris scam they were all leery of the “$10 more and you can....” pitch.
Then when you publicize their doubts? You’re the hater. Even though it was they that brought up the initial doubts.
I fail to see how a poster that would be tombstoned inside of 15 seconds on DU can have any bearing on a member’s life over there.

Generally the real loser here is Sadly No! because they couldn’t play fair so they resort to spamming the poll to get ahead.
When DUmmie FUnnies was leading the poll, it was a fair lead. Now the Sadly No! moonbats are playing dirty as it shows with this huge lead on the poll in one day.
This is some bullsh*t! Sadly No! ahead almost 3,000 votes now. There’s some heavy duty cheating going on.
