My daughter built a home that was next door. I had to sell it got so bad, and it got bad fast. The ‘authorities’ refused to do anything (Oregon) until someone was hurt. They were 2 acre lots, but these guys had to hang out in the street. Every time a realtor tried to show our places, they were out there, being obscene, banging on the hoods of cars as they drove by. Needless to say I had to almost give the place away. This cheap labor cost my family about a million dollars in real estate and our entire future. I lived there 30 years.
