"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." - Manuel II Palelologus
It beats anything I’ve ever seen. Imagine someone rooting for the Japanese or Germans from our nation during WWII.
These same people got away with it during Vietnam and now they are at it again. I wish there was something the Justice Department could do about it.
I believe in free speach, but rooting for your own nation’s destruction?
What else would you expect from a sleazebag “anchor baby” who doesn’t understand what it means to be an American.
Kos was posting entries accusing Abu Risha of being an unsavory bandit warlord from one Marc Rich’s abu aardvark blog.
abuaardvark has stated that no one as claimed responsibility and that Satar Abu Risha had more enemies than you could shake a stick at.
Me? I dunno.
Why does Russertt give this group a platform?
Russert must agree with them.
Russert and NBC need to be destroyed.
I hope to high heaven the FBI, the NSA, the CIA, or somebody, is taking down names, times, IP addresses, etc. Because we’re going to need that info someday, so we can purge this great country of the scum.

I did ask if I was missing something just to clarify.
Certainly though you were making light of his death with your short sighted “Golden Boy” comment.
To read most of the posts here including the tone of yours one comes away with the feeling that people do not think his death was a bad thing. As if it is better that the Sunni don’t deal with AQI on their own. What sense does that make? If they don’t then we have to. And as long as we have to the better excuse Bush has to stay there.
I’d love to see the Sunni rid Iraq of AQI so we have another reason to come home. That would make sense to most people. But the focus here is not on what makes sense. The focus seems to be in seeing the Sunni fail because he was one of Bush’s Boys - in this case a Golden Boy. And we all know it is much more important to see what the Sunni are doing on their own initiative fail so it does not look like a Bush victory than it is to see them succeed and have a reason for our troops to come home. You know - everyone has their own priorities.

I prefer the following to the Dean quote, of course.
(Power to the People! - Laura Ingraham)
I laugh when I think of what would happen to these hapless idiots if they tried this sort of language in one of their favored countries.
They hate the USA so much, I marvel at why they stay here. I'm mystified, perplexed even. Of course, I am not one of the elite, the enlighted, a leader. I'm just a knuckle-dragging troglodyte.
wow.
Ignorant kids. So ignorant and so blinded by their hate.
Traitors.
OMG....I can’t comprehend this.
Yes.

about the only difference between the rabid left and the jihadis is that the lefties don’t have the balls to follow through.
Yes. Except American soldiers being rather hard to kill he would probably be killing a lot of Iraqi civilians instead.
Nothing stirs the Kos Kommies blood like whole families being dragged from their beds and shot for the crime of wanting their children to grow up in a peaceful country or blown to bits by a car bomb for the crime of going to the market to buy some fruit or somebody getting his fingers chopped off for the crime of smoking.
I swear they pop a chubby over the idea of innocent blood being shed. They would love to do it themselves but the lack the nerve so they settle for cheering on mass murderers.
They lack anything that remotely resembles goodness, decency or humanity.
I think Daily Kos caters to gays and lesbians.
I’m very surprised that nobody else has brought up yet the assassination of Ahmed Shah Massoud in Afghanistan a few days prior to 9/11 and how that suggested that we could not be successful there.
Massoud was special but others came forward to lead Afghanistan.
