I just spent an hour researching a claim on another thread (#924) that David McIntosh was supposedly a speaker at a National Lawyers Guild recruiting seminar. Which I interpreted as "he's a commie". Looks like an unfounded claim to me. In any case, the point in this article is right on.

I have a very strong suspicion that it's someone who either opused out of here or asked for banning via by posting obnoxious garbage. I don't think it would have been someone necessarily from the Wide Awakes. I haven't hung out there long enough to access the temperament of the site, but I do have to say that they seem rather well mannered in comparison to the folks over at Darwin Central.

Whoever did this posting (especially in light of the infamous Rudy thread) must have a lot of hate for Jim to take his name and try to stir up the pot.
