If Fred is so good, and deserves our support, he MUST be able to answer questions that will surely be asked of him in the general election.

..ladies and gentlemen, if we cannot stand a little spirited debate without trying to get one another banned--this website will have a bleak future.
The Rudybots were advancing a clearly liberal candidate and agenda--with FDT there is a few degrees of difference with the DH position. I believe Duncan Hunter is the superior candidate, and if given the proper opportunity, America will see that.
Why don’t you write to Fred’s campaign and ask your questions? Or, at least, take a little time to read his columns and interviews to see if he’s already answered them.

That is exactly what has been going on in my mind, too. The Rudy-bots and the Fred Thompson folks are using the same MO! I find it disgusting. The hatred for Hunter from the Rudy supporters was understandable but coming from thompson supporters is very puzzling.
If Thompson gets the nomination I hope to be able to support him. But if this continues, I may just say the hell with it. I am fed up.
First of all, he started this thread as a negative accusation without initially identifying his motive.
Second, I challenged him (as did others) but IMO, he was the one who refused to answer questions and kept spouting the same thing over and over.
It was clearly a negative agenda. Rob21 was not interested in debate, and did not even know that his candidate, Duncan Hunter, also checked that survey as being in favor of abortion but in his case, he checked when the life of the mother was in danger.
As you will see, I continued a civil debate on the issue that he posted but he was extermely dodgy in all of his answers.
I'm not sure if he should have been banned, that's the mods call. But his actions were suspicious and lacking credibility at minimum.
