Hey, Gitmo! Great to see you, hoss!
Thank you for the heads-up and all the PINGS! You are doing such a phenomenal job keeping up with events and informing us.
Thank you!!
major bump!!
Tonight is a very special edition of The Front Line. I will have three guests in an explosive roundtable on the Haditha incident.
Throw out everything you think you know, everything the media has told you. Court testimony is out there, its on the record, and even the investigating officer says there isnt enough for a trial. These Marines have been charged with murder and have gone through hell for nothing. But it gets worse...much worse.
Thanks, Red. Should be some interesting news after Justin Sharratt’s hearing last week.
Absolutely! Darryl’s pumped and ready to go!
If youre interested in knowing the truth about the injustice being visited on the Haditha Marines, make sure to tune in to Kit Jarrells Blog Talk Radio Show tonight at 9:00 pm CT.
For those so moved, the number to call to participate in tonights show is (646) 915-9926.
Tonights show will focus on the numerous injustices being visited upon these valiant Marines. Ill be part of the panel tonight, along with Tim Harrington and Darryl Sharratt.
Mr. Sharratt is the father of Justin Sharratt, one of the Marines currently under investigation. Lcpl. Sharratts Article 32 Hearing (the military equivalent of a grand jury) ended last Friday, June 15. I suspect that Mr. Sharratt will have alot to say about how his son has been treated and whether hell be court-martialed.
I suspect that Tim Harrington will talk about the evidence that hes dug up that will, in my opinion, exonerate the Haditha Marines. Most people arent familiar with Tim because hes kept a low profile until now. It isnt a stretch to say that Tims the expert on the Haditha Marines. You dont want to miss Tim because hes passionate, knowledgeable and articulate when it comes to the Haditha Marines.
Ill talk about the possible political ramifications of this sad chapter in military history. Ill specifically focus on the role John Murtha played in hanging these courageous Marines out to dry. To the point, Ill be talking about the taped testimony of the S2 intelligence officer monitoring the Haditha insurgent attack. This testimony was just declassified. As I said in this post, it refutes most, if not all, of Murthas accusations. Ill also talk about the specific, and unfounded, accusations that Murtha has made against these courageous Marines.
Tim, Darryl and I will be on the entire hour discussing this travesty. If you want to help right this injustice, tune into tonights show. Im certain that well tell you what you can do to help.
The Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. James T. Conway, said a thing that troubles him is the number of issues like Haditha that are coming out in the news media these days."The fact we have three or four issues like that troubles me," he said. "Our public has us up on a pedestal that you probably cant believe. Every time one of these incidents happens we get a chip out of our pedestal."
Thanks for the ping!
You’re welcome, ticked! Ought to be a great show!
Thanks for the notice.
wtf
He may have said more than was quoted. But the general seems to damning the Haditha Marines as chips off his pedestal.
I never thought I would ping anyone to something like this.
