On the Radio and also on the Fox Report with Brit Hume the panel (you know the regulars on there - Fred Barnes, Mort Kondracki, etc.) said he won't be able to get out of his contract and won't run. But I don't know how much they know about the contract. He might have a clause in it that says he can leave anytime.

I heard that too. They say he's real close to McCain.

Wallace, guesting on Mike Gallagher's radio show this morning, said that on the next edition of Fox News Sunday Fred Thompson will have a "big announcement."

Why would his presidential bid affect Law & Order reruns? They showed his movies while he ran for senate.
To: Miss Didi
I just finished listening to the audio stream of today's Mike Gallagher Show. Wallace's exact words were, "I think he will announce on our show."

Intriguing. He didn't drop hints like that this morning chatting with the Friends.

Intriguing. He didn't drop hints like that this morning chatting with the Friends."He" being Wallace. And I saw the same interview and agree. However, with Wallace, who knows; he could just be trying to hype the show with Gallagher. He wouldn't get away with that on F&F - Brian loves to skewer Wallace on Friday's.
