This book will make you aware of the injustice Justice system.
I have the hard cover and wish I had the EBOOK.
The JAG is infected with these types!

The Tyranny of Tolerance
A Sitting Judge Breaks the Code of Silence to Expose the Liberal Judicial Assault Written by Robert H. Dierker, Jr.
ABOUT THIS BOOK
For the first time, a sitting judge blows the whistle on Americas out-of-control courts.
A judge for more than twenty years, Robert Dierker has enjoyed a distinguished legal career.
But now that career may be on the line.
Why?
Because he is breaking the code of silence that has long kept judges from speaking out to present a withering account of how radical liberals run roughshod over the Constitution, waging war on the laws of nature, the laws of reason, and the law of God.
Even those outraged by Americas courts will be shocked by Judge Dierkers story of activist judges, deep-pocketed special interest groups, pandering politicians, and others who claim to stand for tolerance, equal rights, and social justice, but actually stand for something quite differentsomething closer to totalitarianism.
Citing not only Judge Dierkers own experiences but dozens of other recent court cases, The Tyranny of Tolerance shows how the courts enable left-wing activists to ram their dangerous agenda down the throats of the American people. Consider:
Why do the courts claim the power to tax us?
Why is a Christian fired when he voices opposition to his employers favoring homosexuals?
Why are airline pilots sued and sent to diversity training for recommending that suspicious-looking people of Middle Eastern appearance be kept off planes?
Why does a judge who defends a monument to the Ten Commandments in a courthouse lose his job?
Why are speech codes imposed on employers, university students, lawyers (and judges!), while artistic indecency is protected from even the mildest regulation?
Why are peaceful abortion protesters thrown in jail, their right to free speech crushed?
Why are white and Asian students denied admission to colleges and universities in the name of diversity?
Why is an enemy fighter captured in Afghanistan granted access to U.S. federal courts, overturning judicial precedent safeguarding the presidents wartime powersto say nothing of common sense?
With this passionate insiders account, Judge Dierker reminds Americans whats at stake in the battle for the courts: the Constitution, the success of the war on terrorism, the freedom to worship God, the ability to keep our families safe, the institution of marriage, and much more.
Fortunately, Judge Dierker shows how we can defeat the radical liberals tyranny of tolerance. By wresting back control of the courts and restoring the legal, moral, and religious principles embedded in the Constitution, we can ultimately reclaim the republic the Founders bequeathed to us.

You know, ABSOLUTELY nothing surprises me anymore. We can't allow PC sentiment to screw up the military justice system any worse. Who in the HELL is going to want to serve, knowing the chances are pretty good uou'll be court-martialed based on eyewitness testimony of Sunni Iraqis?

"And you know this, because you were in Haditha Iraq, exactly how long??"I don't have to be in Haditha. The USMC says the reports were falsified. The reports were falsified from the very beginning and it took some time to clear that up. Falsified field reports are BAD! Did you know that? Do you care about that? The USMC cares about that. Do think the Corps should overlook this? Do you think the Corps shouldn't concern itself with what was hidden, because of the creation of false field reports?

You are exactly why Frank Wuterich cannot get a fair trial.
4 Marines have been ACCUSED of of murder, 4 of failing to report it. the operative word being ACCUSED.
Of all the issues in this case;
the alleged "cold-blooded murder" of 24 civilians, the media leaks the counter-charges of libel, and all of the constitutional issues here, and the only thing you can point to are some "allegations" by the Marine Corps leadership that some reports were falsified.
Pathetic.
The military has not even held an Article 32 hearing to determine if there is even enough evidence to proceed to trial with this case, and yet you, like millions of other pathetic misinformed individuals have already made up your mind about the guilt of these men. GET IT? There has been no trial. There have been NO convictions.
That's pretty crappy of you to dump on them like that. Your profile states that you give terrorists "no quarter" and yet you smear the men who go there to fight them, as if they're some street thugs.
I suggest you check all of your facts before you go spouting off about the guilt of anyone.

"Warlord: No Better Friend, No Worse Enemy,"
Ilario Pantano A great Marine who was a grunt during the Gulf War I and saw 911 happen, went and signed back up that day.
He became an Officer that led from the front!
Ilario Pantano, our Marine who was accused of murder when he shot and killed two terrorists on the Iraq battlefield, has a new book out, "Warlord: No Better Friend, No Worse Enemy," recounting his experiences in Iraq.
Mr Pantano, now retired from the Marines after he was acquitted of all charges, offers us a memoir that sets the record straight and makes clear why and how this nation has become so great--because we have sons like him.

Pantano was also an example of how the USMC can railroad it's own, due to PC war doctrines. You don't train Marines to KILL and then charge them with MURDER.
Simply ludicrous
To: spunkets
These Marines falsified their reports! I don't have to be in Haditha. The USMC says the reports were falsified.
We do have what is called the presumption of innocence in our country and that is supposed to include our military. The despicable john murtha seems to have never learned that even though he is a US Congressman.
The Marine Corps court-martialed Lt. Ilario Pantano for the murder of two Iraqis. All charges were dropped on the fifth day of the court-martial and he walked.
I for one am giving the Haditha Marines the presumption of innocence no matter what the NCIS and the Corps says they supposedly did until such time as they're convicted or confess to whatever charges are brought against them.

"You are exactly why Frank Wuterich cannot get a fair trial." BS!
"4 Marines have been ACCUSED of of murder, 4 of failing to report it. the operative word being ACCUSED."
The reports were falsified. The operative word is that the USMC had to make a correction to their initial report on the incident. That erroneous press release stemmed from the false field reports of Staff Sgt Frank Wuterich and Cpt. Lucas M. Mc Connell.
"the alleged "cold-blooded murder" of 24 civilians, the media leaks the counter-charges of libel, and all of the constitutional issues here, and the only thing you can point to are some "allegations" by the Marine Corps leadership that some reports were falsified."
It's not simple allegations that they filled false reports, it's a fact that they did. The Corps does not think they matter was a mistake. They think it was done deliberately.
" Pathetic."
That's right. Your attempts to obfuscate the matter are indeed pathetic.
"GET IT?"
Clear as day!
" That's pretty crappy of you to dump on them like that. "
I think it's pretty crappy that they filed false field reports about the incident.
"Your profile states that you give terrorists "no quarter" and yet you smear the men who go there to fight them, as if they're some street thugs."
They're Marines. They should act like Marines and follow up with accurate field reports.
" I suggest you check all of your facts before you go spouting off about the guilt of anyone."
All my facts are in order. Yours apparently are not.

"Pantano was also an example of how the USMC can railroad it's own, due to PC war doctrines."The Marines did not railroad Pantero. Pantero's sgt made false accusations against him and the Marines cleared Pantero. Don't expect me to sit back while you libel the Corps w/o saying anything about it.
