Whatever gripes you have about the President, the Vice President, and Tony Snow, stifle it.

We have less than two weeks to the election. This is not the time to attack our guys, but rather to support them.

She's right. We have given up too much for the sake of being politically correct.
Rush Limbaugh took on Michael Fox and his antics while passing off lies and misinformation in a political commercial. Most would agree that Rush sent Fox wimpering back to his Canadian corner.
Where are the cowboys? Why are we not drawing pistols and taking on the MSM, Dimocraps. liberals in general, etc? Why do they ALWAYS get to set the agenda and we act defensively?
It's not always up to the Presidnet to defend us, damn it. We can do more than sit at our keyboards fall in line.

There are no Cowboys in Washington. The Cowboys are in Dallas (well, Irving). Washington has Redskins. And the two really don't like each other.

"The hour is fast approaching, on which the Honor and Success of this army, and the safety of our bleeding Country depend. Remember officers and Soldiers, that you are Freemen, fighting for the blessings of Liberty - that slavery will be your portion, and that of your posterity, if you do not acquit yourselves like men." -- George Washington (General Orders, 23 August 1776) Reference: Maxims of George Washington, Schroeder, ed. e,

I have listened to every word the President has said. He is in no way turning his back on the troops or the mission. The phrase "Stay the Course" was redefined by dims using the dbm. They stole this phrase as surely as they stole the phrase "gay", which before activists homosexuals, was as American as apple pie.

He was being killed in ads and polls because of this phrase. It was not declarative of VICTORY. VICTORY is in every move, every word and every plan the President has. You do a grave injustice to a Great American President by doubting him when he (and we) need you most.

"Someone has to wear the pants, and I am not handing the pants over to a man who prefers a pleaded skirt"

Is a pleaded skirt one he has to beg his wife for?
Sorry I don't mean to be the spelling police but I'm taking editing and proofreading and it just makes me more anal retentive than ever.

(now I just know there are spelling or grammar errors in this post!!! ARGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!)

Tony Snow (whom I adore) came out Monday and announced that the “Stay the Course” phrase would now be abandoned. What a WHIMPY move!

White House aide Dan Bartlett on Monday, not Tony Snow, was the first administration official to say that "Stay the Course" was not being used anymore.

Tony Snow then expounded on it when asked;

Link

Paraphrasing:Stay in Iraq until victory is achieved. Achieve victory by defeating a dynamic situation.

...nothin' unreasonable about what Tony Snow said describing the administration's policy for Iraq and the phraseology that they use.

It gets worse. Vice President Dick Cheney is for water boarding, then NOT for water boarding?

When was Cheney not for water boarding?

Well, that man might still be here if 40% of our country didn't start out against him and another 20% cannot see what the price of failure in the War on Terror will be. I hope the predictions of November 7 are wrong; I hope that for our country, our troops, and my family.
