You know, we really just don't give a S**t.

Vote or not, thats up to you. Keep your head firmly shoved up your posterior, because for better or worse, no one needs you or your vote.

Now if you'll just STFU, we'll all be a lot happier.

I agree that we cannot win by losing and I could never stomach voting for the dems but any person who considers themselves a conservative should be ticked off with the GOP right now.

The GOP takes us for granted after the election.

Yep, things will get much better if the Democrats are in control. Another person claiming to be a Conservative, ready to take his bat and ball and go home. Big Loser move.

Well, recently zotted temporary newbie. It is doubtful that you ever voted anything but a straight Dem ticket in your life.

The biggest fool in the universe knows that the Dems would never close the border and block the flood of new Dem voters pouring in.

watch for more of these-so called conservatives saying they will stay home-they are all Dems in disguise

Any conservative who does not vote can rot as far as I'm concerned. We will pull out of Iraq if we lose congress and senate and it will be Vietnam all over again.

THE WAR IS THE ONLY THING TOT VOTE ON NOW

Allowing the Perfect to be the enemy of the Good. Dumb, dumb, dumb...

"If I am ever able to vote for a true conservative in the GOP (e.g. John Duncan, Tom Tancredo, Ron Paul, or Pat Buchanan) then I shall.

This guy's got me thinking that society should require a licensing keyboards--stipulating that a minimal intellectual capacity be demonstrated before allowing the purchase of one.

Yeah. Bad idea. Other suggestions?

It seems that the all but certain Democrat takeover of the house has been flushed down the crapper.. the new plan is to discourage Republican turnout... LOL! HAHA! and I don't think so!

For the umpteenth time, it must be posted that the perfect is the enemy of the good.

It is NOT time to abandon the GOP. It is time to TAKE BACK THE REPUBLICAN PARTY from the 'moderates' and the spineless and the treacherous, whomever they may be! But not at the expense of losing the power we have. Patience. Perseverance. Determined grassroots work. Effective boycotts.

There is no alternative to the GOP except varying degrees of insanity -- a tagline recently seen on FR, owner unknown.

OUST RINOS IN PRIMARIES, NOT GENERAL ELECTIONS

Those that think siding with the left will prove they care as well as those that think that sitting out the election to "spank" the Republicans will get things better one day.

Like Colonel Nicholson, they have lost sight of what they are doing and are unwittingly helping those that would bring about their own demise.

I agree with the author.

It's NOT throwing your vote away. Maybe it will teach Republicans not to take their voters for granted.

I have never seen an issue where more of the american people feel one way, while politicians and the media feel the other. It's a disgrace for a democracy. Noy voting for a Republican this round and in 08 may teach them a lesson, and be better for conservatives in the long run.

Like I tell the Guliani pushers around here, voting for a liberal, no matter what flag, is throwing my vote away.

I can't bring myself to support someone whose views and track record are steadfastly anti-gun, pro-abortion, etc.
