There are many words for this type of mindset.

Irresponsibility. Immaturity. Mental masturbation. Perfectionism. Selfishness. Unfocused anger. Blindness.
Willingness, frankly, to sell out our national security.
And biting the hand that feeds you, aka DISLOYALTY -- to the Republican party, the conservative movement, and America.

"It is NOT time to abandon the GOP. It is time to TAKE BACK THE REPUBLICAN PARTY from the 'moderates' and the spineless and the treacherous, whomever they may be! But not at the expense of losing the power we have. Patience. Perseverance. Determined grassroots work. Effective boycotts.'

Agreed. However, it is also not time to have trolls post duplicate articles.

Vote for conservative Republicans.

Don't vote for Democraps or RINOs - EVER!!

The Republican Party, the Party of Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan is the last best hope for America.

By not fighting to keep it conservative, we will hand it over to the RINOs and it will become a mirror of the Demcrats.

The future will be shown in 2006 and 2008.

Only if conservative Republicans are voted IN, and RINOs are voted OUT, and a conservative is chosen as nominee in 2008, will the Republican Party have any future.

There is no reason or purpose in having two political parties which espouse the same ideas.

While President Bush and Senator McCain are seeing who can run farther to the left of Ted Kennedy on the issue of immigration,...

Such a cutting edge acolite of politics. I hate to even point out that "Bush" isn't running for anything.

I'm not happy with the illegal immigration problem either, but I will vote for a bad republican every time over any democrat, even a good one. Every dem vote brings their party as a whole closer to getting a majority and that I don't want.

"Maybe it will teach Republicans."

Compromising our national security and crippling the Bush administration are a high price to pay for an EXTREMELY speculative benefit.

Maybe it WON'T teach Republicans. Did that ever occur to you?

Then don't vote and don't utter a freakin word for the next two years when Democrats impeach Bush and screw up the war.

I couldn't care less what another of these "Conservatives for a Democrat Majority" think. Bunch of whiney babies who can't figure out how to get real conservatives elected, so they just bitch.

Maybe it will teach Republicans not to take their voters for granted.

What good will it do to teach a Republican a lesson if he's out of office and can't do anything? Do you think the commie who takes his place will give your view the time of day?

We have to work with what we have, not what we wish we had. When I look at myself in the mirror, I see a mess. God bless this mess!

The only way I see you can throw your vote away is if you don't vote at all or you have to hold your nose while casting your ballot.

Agreed. The weak Republicans need company to bolster their courage not a minority standing to give them reason to check the polls on every issue.

Cover of this week's Navy Times.

Basing your political opinions on magazine cover lines--now THERE's a smart one!

Bush has poured more money to the military and veterans than just about anyone, ever. To try to deny that is lunacy. But you have your fun, and tell the folks at DNC I said hi.
