Got an email from the Democratic PArty a couple of hours ago. They are petitioning Disney/ABC. Howard Dean is only $10 away from screaming at them.

I told ABC that this was tantamount to giving a free campaign commercial to Bush and Republicans, and that that was not fair and we should have equal time to present our side. You had 8 years under Clinton to tell your side...It's now Bush's turn...Sounds fair to me...

And they do it without irony.
They are absolutely unbelievable.

The facts weren't "refuted", because they were never "proven" to begin with.

Absolutely excellent, Charles. Your best yet, the only one I've felt compelled, yes, compelled, to comment on.

The movie "Apollo 13" used time compression, for example, in compressing something like a dozen rocket motor burns done for course correction into one. The movie also created a composite character, the mission director whose best line was, "Failure is not an option." I believe three or so real people were rolled into that one composite character.Gene Kranz (the role played by Ed Harris)was not a composite character...he was the real deal. Although not exactly svelte, he was far from being 3 or so people rolled into one. That Dummie Clown should Just GOOGLE it... Failure is not an option for Dummies, It seems like it is either mandatory or just can't be helped.

I actually was thinking of using that same Scream image but the problem is that it is hard to tell who that is. Okay, maybe I should have used it.

I've heard the audio of the Clinton speech telling how he cancelled out on getting Bin Laden. It must be on the web somewhere. Perhaps someone could provide a link.

Not sure when but the speech was given before an audience of small business owners on Long Island, New York. Sean Hannity has the tape and has played it many times.

we need people to be fired because of this, and we need a sea change in attitude at ABCLooks like there's no such thing as free speech for anyone but the DUmmies.

Attention! Check out this NewsBusters

And WHO was that Masked Man that posted it?

What are they worried about? This show must be fiction because it doesn't shoe Rove setting up and firing the remote controlled bombs throughout the World Trade Center.
To: ErnBatavia
.but ABC will probably cave. I would be amazed if they did anything much beyond disclaimers.
It is too close to air time -- slots have been sold already (and the money taken), advertising is already complete, etc.
The sheer logistics and money involved in moving this would be monumental.
Also, edits aren't a possibility either -- there are unions involved, multiple authors, director, producer, etc.
This is going on as planned.
