The Democrat Party is leading an all out assault on moral values. However, they have come to realize that their fever to redefine marriage, kill the unborn, indoctrinate school children with sex education and homosexual lifestyles and remove all references to God from the public square (unless that god is Allah) has so offended the moral values of Christian voters they must to something to recapture at least part of this significant voting block. Enter in… the Liberal Christian Movement.

I know a couple of Liberal Christians. They really have to lead a tough life. I can't imagine the amount of twisting and turning that would be required to pull it off. It has to be similar to a multiple personality disorder.
"Liberal Christian" is most certainly not an oxymoron. And there's nothing wrong with Democrats per se.
The problem is that the Left has infiltrated the Democratic party, taken it over, and rewritten the playbook for its largely (but not entirely) liberal and bewildered constituents.

Jesus said, "If you continue in My Word, then you are my disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." John 8:32. If this is the requirement for being a Christian, one can't twist God's Word to include abortion, gay marriage, and an ever-changing definition of "truth." There is no such thing as a liberal Christian because Christianity is based on eternal absolutes.
