Quinnipiac Poll--Lieberman Trails, but with the Margin of Error

Lieberman Still Trails

But within the margin of error. (Quinnipiac University poll -- via Bloomberg News)

With tomorrow's Democrat Primary in the offing, a poll of likely Democrat voters gives a slight nod to the challenger 51 - 45 with a margin of error of +/- 3.5%.

As much as I would like to see the Democrats pull a McGovern and go hard left, for the sake of the country, I hope Joe pulls this one out.

If the Dems throw Lieberman overboard they are crazier than I thought!

This author is deluded, "pull a McGovern and go hard left, for the sake of the country." It was not good for the country then an it is not now either.

I think Lieberman is hard left, just not anti-Iraq war. This is a single issue primary (as far as the moonbats are concerned.)

It would be okay to see Lieberman lose if the result was a Repub victory in the fall. But I just fear it would bring another anti-war vote to the Dem side.

So I guess it would be best if Lieberman won, though he is still a hard leftists on most issues.

Lieberman's no prize - he may reap what he has sown.

This author is deluded, "pull a McGovern and go hard left, for the sake of the country." It was not good for the country then an it is not now either I didn't read it that way. I thought the author was saying that re-nominating Lieberman would be better for the country than strengthening the McGovern-Kerry neo-pacifists/kossack faction within the dem party which Lamont represents /just sayin'
