John Kerry: Shameless, But the Real Shame Is If We Don't Act [Attacks Coulter!]

When I heard on cable television what Ann Coulter wrote and said about the widows of 9/11, my first reaction was pretty much unprintable. I have no apologies for it. Did this woman ever for a second stop and think that these womens' children might be watching TV and have to listen to her venomous words? So much for family values.

>>>We owe them thanks. Lorie Van Auken, Mindy Kleinberg, Patty Casazza, Kristen Breitweiser, and Monica Gabrielle -- and others -- provided an incredible service to each of us. And we also owe it to them to put the focus where they originally put it when, in the middle of their grieving, they stood up to demand answers and action from a government that invoked their husbands' memories for political reason but then wiped them away when the real work of fighting terror and providing homeland security got to be too tough and less ideologically attractive compared to a sideshow disaster in Iraq>>>
Why does this nit assume that we (America) would not have done something to investigate 09/11 if these widows were not involved?

All should go to the URL and read the entire article. It is about the silliest thing I have ever read and I would be embarrassed as an adult to have my name connected with it. Here is a sample paragraph:
"These women weren't and still aren't "in politics." Many voted for George Bush in 2000, some voted for me in 2004 and I was proud to have their support. They're independent-minded, they're their own people. They take homeland security more personally than many Members of Congress -- and they take it more seriously. These are women whose sole mission is to make our country as safe as it can and should be -- so the same thing that happened to their husbands will never happen to someone else's, or to their children. Think about what they accomplished -- bottom line: We would not have had the 9/11 Commission and their recommendations to make America safer without these brave women."
Does anyone really believe the last sentence? The entire tirade reads like something written by an angry 12 year old girl. Either the bogus JFK needs to hire a better ghost writer or he is really both shallow and stupid at the same time.

The whole 'divorce' comment is out of line, but I think Coulter is right to bring up the fact that Dems are using the 'victim status' as a means to stop debate.

Did the Left ever for a second stop and think that the Marines they slandered about the alleged Iraq "massacre" might have children watching TV and have to listen to their venomous words? So much for family values.
Choke on it, JFK.

Hey Senator, have a big ol' helping of Yuck Fu. You're a loser, in every way, and in every sense of the word.
John F'in Kerry and Adrianna Huffnpuffington, what a PERFECT couple.

Kerry once again shows he has no ideas what "family values" are. And Kerry also proves Ann's point. Dems use victims because liberals can't make rational arguments.

Opportunity apparently has no limits for Kerry. If only he had an ounce of the class that those whom he has slandered have. Lies, lies and more lies.

I've watched quite a few of
the shows on TV and heard/read
what people are saying about
Coulter's comments re the
4 widows(they use five, but Coulter
only refers to 4 in her book).
It's obvious NONE of the Talking
Heads have actually READ Coulter's
book! Bill O'Reilly admits to
reading the ONE CHAPTER dealing
with the wives, but was at a total
loss to respond to Ann's chapters
dealing with religion, abortion,
and the media. Why? He hadn't
READ THEM!
It's all: let me jump on a nerve-
touching issue that guests of both
political camps can speak to...
knowledge of the material having
zilch to do with the matter at
hand. As long as it's topical!
