75 pages long and in Arabic

http://70.169.163.24/released/03-22-06/ISGZ-2004-028179.pdf

I've never read anything by Dr. Rusty Shackleford before and have no idea of his credibility.

Interesting prewardoc. But I stuck it in blogger because I don't know the translator.

Another translated Iraqi intel document has been released which implicates a French state run oil company in efforts to stop the U.S. led invasion of Iraq.

LTGM and I were discussing this (Loik Le Floch-Prigent) on one of the first prewardocs threads. I need to go find it.

From Wikipedia (which I take with a 1/2 lb. of salt) aboout Elf Aquitaine

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"On April 28 1967 the company's disparate brands and products were unified under the Elf brand.
In 1976 Elf-ERAP became Société National Elf Aquitaine (SNEA), later Elf Aquitaine. Elf Aquitaine was listed on the NYSE in 1991. In 1996 the French government sold its stake, retaining a Golden Share. In 2000 Elf Aquitaine merged with Total Fina to form TotalFinaElf, which changed its name to Total in 2003. In 1993 Elf was awarded the exclusive contract to the Iraqi Oil Fields by then Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein. This has come under fire pre-Iraqi 2003 war. This also dissproves many conspiracy theories about Haliburton's involvement with Iraqi Oil fields.
"The biggest fraud inquiry in Europe since World War II"
The Elf scandal in France was, according to The Guardian, "the biggest fraud inquiry in Europe since the Second World War. Elf became a private bank for its executives who spent £200 million on political favours, mistresses, jewellery, fine art, villas and apartments".
Iraqi-born Nadhmi Auchi, 13th richest man of Britain and ranked in Forbes, received a 15-month suspended sentence for his involvement in the scandal. Auchi was also linked to the Clearstream scandal, while he is BNP Paribas bank's main private share-holder - until 2001, the money for the Oil-for-Food programme transited through the escrow account of the BNP Paribas [1]. Magistrate Eva Joly investigated the case."
If this Dr. Shackleford is credible this looks to be pretty potent stuff. The French and Germans could have lots of egg on face.
I'm going to listen to jveritas, but this bit caught my attention and gives me pause regarding Shackleford: "Whether or not Madeline Albright was Sec. of State or Al Gore was President of the United States mattered not one iota. Iraq was not a failure of diplomacy, it was a failure to have allies with mutual interests. Nothing more, nothing less." The doctor doesn't understand 'unable to pull the trigger to defend America' because democrats will not do it even in a last hour.
