- The IIS activity covers many countries in the Middle East and their contacts reach the US, Canada, Europe and Russia. - Other documents contain a paragraph mentioning that Iraq is buying off opposition parties in Russia. - In this first post I will translate parts of a document giving guidelines for work and assessing the progress of contact recruitments in Europe and the US. - In a later post a document will show Iraq’s efforts to send agents into Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.

- Before you start reading ask yourself: Are so called “Peace Activists” considered as non governmental organizations? If your answer is yes enjoy the read.

- The areas covered by the IIS are divided into “Internationals”: First, second, third and fourth. The fourth International covers Europe and the US. - A term which would be literally translated as “constructed work” is used to describe the modus operandi of the intelligence network. - The following translations and gist are from a report describing the situation in the Fourth International. - This report is handwritten. It covers from page 81/239 to 87/239.
