money seem to be the language everyone knows.
but no they did the crime they do the time.
If all we had to do was pay off our victims
then we could go rampant and money would just exchange hands like nothing.
inflation thru the roof becasue the government would have to pay us every second of every f-ing day for the atrocities that they committ against us.

Sure. I'm pretty sure that was the first form of justice as detailed in The Bible.
Granted, the form of payment back in those days generally involved cattle, sheep and daughters. So obviously some modifications would be needed to bring it up to date.
I mean, after all, not everybody has use for cattle or sheep.
