The Anchoress, in her post, 7:28 minutes of American Reality, pointed to us to post #19 and post #22 of a thread at Luciane.com. The video is a British BBC summary of what happened on 9/11. President Bush is catching a lot of flak for so doggedly going after the terrorists but the only thing that will stop them is to kill them and, for the ones that we don't kill, we need to make them social pariahs in their own countries.
One of the things that we've done wrong in the War On Terror is not to de-Islamify the enemy. I don't mean that we should make Islam illegal. We need to show tolerance. However, we should have rounded up every radical cleric and every radical leader in both Afghanistan and Iraq and put them on trial for crimes against humanity or, at the very least from the most innocent of the leaders, obtained from them pledges to support peace and unity and to publicly renounce the goals of radical Islam.
We should require the schools to use new books that don't paint a glowing picture of radical Islam and that don't slur Jews and Christians.
We did this to Germany and Japan and the results have been extraordinary. If we fail to do this with radical Islam, we will continue to fight them until one or the other of us wins.
Following are three 9/11 videos. The top picture takes you to my site they are embedded into the web page using MS Media. The links will just download them into the viewer of your choice. Be warned that the scenes and the language are graphic. But we must never forget that it was them who attacked us, not us who attacked them. Why am I posting them? So that we will never forget.
