Chris Simcox, President of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, will be speaking at William and Mary College about Illegal Immigration and the Secure Our Borders Minuteman national operations during April 2006.
When: Tuesday, March 21 at 8 P.M.
Where: The lecture will be held in the Great Hall of the historic 1695 Wren Building on the campus of the College of William and Mary.
The event is free and open to the public.
Chris Simcox founded the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps to observe and report illegal aliens crossing the US Border and "shame the government into doing its job" to secure and control our nation's frontier with Mexico and Canada.
In October 2002, Simcox called on Americans to join a "Citizens Border Patrol Watch" whose function would be to get the federal government to perform its constitutional duty of controlling the nation's border with Mexico. The Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, which patrols the border, has assisted the United States Border Patrol in detaining more than 8000 illegal aliens during the last 3 years. In April 2005, Simcox expanded the effort and Minutemen from across the nation organized a Minuteman Border Project which continues to bring nationwide attention to the growing crisis of illegal aliens crossing our bordersnorth and south.
Mr. Simcox's lecture will be followed by a question and answer session. The event is being sponsored by the William and Mary College Republicans, the Christopher Newport University College Republicans, the Virginia Commonwealth University College Republicans, the Remnant, and the William and Mary Standard.

Wish I could be there! But it is a long ride from Ohio and too little time.
Keep up the great work! Eventually President Bush will see the need for Action to defend our Country on the Southern border.

To my knowledge, that policy has not changed.
