Karl Rove is running the Inquisition from his super double secret cubicle in the basement of the White House.
Another sophomoric term that I bet came out of some feminazi academic coursework. Down with the phallocracy!
You know, as I was reading this--too quickly, as usual--it struck me this DUmmie makes Candi Crawford (or whatever her name is) look as if a janitor, walking the halls, mopping the floors, shining the brass, reminding passers-by where the wastebasket is, whatnot.
I have no idea; I just get strange "images" when I read things too quickly.
Re: Google Search
This is a joke, right? You didn't really find this on the web?
This from a charter member of the abortion-of-the-month club.
My ISP went down yesterday morning for the day JUST as I was about to post this DUFU edition so it might be slightly stale.
Fear not, PJ...their entire life philosophy was stale about 3 decades ago.

Now, that's the ticket!
LIHOP ALERT! LIHOP ALERT! Randi Rhodes is beginning to believe in LIHOP, so the thread goes on DU:

LOL!! LOVE this tag line!
"... with a rigged election supervised by Jimmy Carter..."
And Jimmuh Cartuh will undoubtedly declare that rigged election to be "fair". The only "rigged" elections are those in the U.S. that are won -- "stolen", in the eyes of the DUmmies -- by Republicans.
DUmmieLand's banner last night said that their site would be down this morning for updates until about noon.
We certainly are!
Yeah. I liked the part where Woolsey claimed that she "didn't know" there was a dress code in the House chamber. A Congresswoman since 1993, and she "didn't know"?
No, she knew full well about that, and she gave the sainted Mother Sheehan, Grieving Mother (how do you do that superscript, Charles?) the ticket, fully expecting her to disrupt things. The point was to create a situation where they could beat the drum about "Bush's Gestapo Police State", denying this grieving mother her right to "free speech". Too bad a Republican Congressman's wife was removed from the chamber the same thing. Sort of stole their talking point.
She's talking about what they knew, when they knew it, and why didn't they stop it? Said "Who would have benefited from letting it happen?" I listen to her several times a week and she's always backed away from conspiracy until now. Usually says she's not ready to go there. This is springing from SOTU, when * said if he had the power to eavesdrop before 9/11, they could have prevented it.
Huh? How does one reach the conclusion that Bush must have known about 9/11 and let it happen, from his SOTU statement that if the NSA terrorist surveillance program had existed before 9/11, they might have been able to identify at least some of the hijackers in advance? He's clearly saying that they DIDN'T know about it in advance!
DUnces.
What did she do to protest? A f*cking t-shirt? Give me a f*cking break. A shirt does not a protest make. Be realistic here. Do you honestly believe that wearing a t-shirt should get you arrested?

Be grateful she left the T-shirt on and hasn't resorted to this. Yet. |
yep..
superscript html tag is SUP (subscript is SUB)
I think I may have been to that museum, is there also some kind of wine museum in the same town?
All I remember right now is that everyone else went off to shop/eat/hang out and my friend and I went to the wine museum and then eventually found the torture museum. For some reason, it took us awhile to find it, we essentially stumbled upon it after giving up.
I may be combining towns and days. I'll have to go google this and see if it jogs the bit bucket.
Two ways:
1) In Microsoft Word, insert that symbol into a document and then just cut/copy and paste it into your post, like so:
Grieving Mother
2) Put the HTML tags for "small" and "superscript" around the letters you type in your post (closing up the spaces, of course):
Grieving Mother< small>< sup>TM< /small>< /sup> comes out as
Grieving MotherTM
These are tricks I picked up from Mary Mapes and Dan Rather.
