Lieberman voted for closure. That makes him cool.
I think old Joe actually *wants* the KosKidz to donate tons of money to his opponent in the CT primaries. Joe wants Connecticut conservatives (who are socially liberal but not into gays and anti-war activists) to see the leftists gunning heavily for him...so they will help him get the landslide victory the polls predict this November.
I would vote for him to show the KosKidz who's boss if I were a CT resident.
DeMint is now slamming the Democrats and doing a pretty good job of it too.

I would imagine that MI people are strongly anti-Alito. It is a liberal-dominated UAW-type state except for a few smaller cities and rural areas. And even the rural north has been trending Democrat in recent years.

I think the dims really pi$$ed off the Republicans today. If the dims thought they were going to get a hardy handshake for voting for cloture, they better listen to Sen. Jim DeMint (R - South Carolina), who is steaming about the stupid comments the dims made on the SOTU speech that hasn't even been given yet.
Not sure about the other two.
