Our county Republican Executive Committee has convinced me to run for jailer!

Run on a platform of running the jail ala Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, AZ. You'll win in a landslide. :)
I wish you the best, but why are county jailers partisan elected officials in Kentucky?
