Congressman Joe Barton (R, Texas) announced that due to a boring December, Congress will look into a "deeply flawed" BCS and decide who will play in BCS bowl games.

"We're tired of seeing results we don't want in the BCS bowl games, so we've decided to go ahead and take over NCAA football as a government agency," said Barton...
