You obviously neglected to buy the wheeled tripod option when you purchased the light. ;-}

I usually use super glue.
It's only good for one shot, but then how many do you need?

I don't have the nerve to suggest TWO rubber bands, after what his boss wrote in his Online Journal about his "illness" being psychological, so other than using a carbide miners' lamp, I'm out of ideas.
FReepmail me back if he doesn't go ballistic, and I'll post something too. You first.

Sure if you had a M2 you could bolt that thing next to you and either shoot or BLIND whomever you are shooting at :)
To: Eaker
Since it is going to grossly disrupt the balance of your firearm when re-acquiring your target, and also will signal your location to everybody within 2 miles, the best thing you could do is to hold this light in your left hand while shooting from the right.

It is possible to rig a grip mount for it.
A frame mount would likely be better..
Of course, one can always use my coffee before attempting to make said mount..
Then hours of fun will be had..

Have you ever seen those plastic straps they use to hold flexible A/C duct work in place. It has braids that tighten up as you pull the end of the strap through the opening at one end.

When I did something similar with my Kimber Ultra CDP II, I used two 4-inch diameter stainless steel hose clamps. Holds it real tightly, but I'm having a bit of trouble using my IWB holster...

Might I suggest Superglue, or Duct tape!
BTW... I ordered my speed loaders today, they will be in Thursday. (I ordered 2, just for good measure!)

Your problem is that's a strategic light, not a tactical light. That light is meant to be mounted on a strategic weapon. Mosey on down to your nearest ICBM site and see if the Air Force wants to mount it on a Minuteman.
