President Bush should admit to lies and resign
The Columbia, Missouri Daily Tribune ^ | Oct. 10, 2005 | Paul Urzi

Posted on 10/10/2005 12:21:13 PM PDT by rface

Dear Editor, the Tribune:
This is an open letter to President George W. Bush: I am writing to let you know how I feel about the way you are handling the United States. As president, you are an embarrassment. You have lied and cheated and are inept as a leader.

The situation along the Gulf Coast not only shows that you are unfit for the office you hold but also shows your lack of knowledge, concern or caring. Why did you wait so long to act and send help to the region? Was your bike-riding more important than our citizens’ lives? Why did you deny funding to strengthen the levees around New Orleans? All this while you continue to foolishly waste our tax dollars in Iraq, on a war you created with lies, not facts. You are responsible for people losing their lives, their loved ones and their dignity.

If Bill Clinton could be impeached for having an affair with an intern - an affair that took no one’s life - you should be impeached and removed from office along with all of your cohorts who are raping our nation, stealing from our future and giving America a tarnished image to the rest of the world. You vowed to bring integrity and honesty back to the White House. Why not do something good for the country? Confess all of the lies and resign from office. It’s the best thing you could do right now. It might even be good for your soul.

some don't like to see these letters posted here, but I think they are worth reading and even laughing at! Skanky liberals are fun to laugh at and it is also important to know who we are keeping out of power........

ALSO ---- If you want to keep Paul Urzi foaming his liberal froth, then Donate to the FreeRepublic Quarterly Drive and move your state up the scoreboard.

Maybe because the federal government has no business interfering with a state matter.

Someone send this guy a copy of Louis Freeh's book. Clinton was so worried about himself that he could care a less about the growing and deadly threat of Al Queda.

It's a typical liberal recipe for what passes for an opinion:

Take five to ten talking points. Any relationship of one point to another doesn't matter.

Put in blender. Add a dollop of hyperbole and two cups of horsesh**.

Blend on frappe for two minutes until completely incoherentized.

The other day I was talking to a retiree that I've known for years. He sounded just like the writer of this letter. Unbelievable, since he couldn't substantiate anything he was saying. Sounded like he got his talking points at DU.

Yes, Clinton SHOULD have admitted his lies and resigned. If he had, then it would have been a very short Presidency, we would not have had the largest tax increase in the history of the nation, we would have had a balanced budget amendment, medicare and social security would not be bankrupt, China would not have our missile technology, and 911 would never have happened.

About a month ago we spent time around a college professor who had no more idea of how the chain of command, requirements for federal FEMA activation etc. was structured than this fool does.
